Particular conditions: 
- The customer has to pay a 60 % deposit(advance) as reservation of the room.
- 40 % of money (Pay)((Balance)) is payable one week before the event.
- The refundable $100 pledge after check of the materials made available to the customer
- Before any event, the customer has to pay $50 to the DGRK the tax of authorization of the note(mark) of perception(collection) established by the services(departments) of the municipality.
- In case of change of date or of adjournment(transfer), the customer has to pay a penalty for loss of income equivalent to 20 % of the amount of the reservation resumed(taken back) in the point 1 above.
- In case of cancellation, it will be held(retained) 30 % of the global amount is that provided that the direction(management) is warned(prevented) 1 month before, in defect the penalties will be 50 % of the global amount.
